Rose is a dedicated senior leader with over 23 years of experience working in the federal government, primarily in the Department of Defense (DoD). She is now serving as Infotrend’s Assistant Vice President of Program Delivery. In this role, Rose oversees program delivery teams to ensure efficient execution of services and high-quality products are delivered to clients on schedule. She drives corporate initiatives and collaborates with key stakeholders on strategic issues. She is a proven outcome-driven producer who facilitates top-down alignment, bottom-up innovation, and cross-team collaboration. She has an extensive background leading high performing teams in strategic planning, performance management, and business transformation efforts. Rose’s career began as a 2LT in the Army’s Medical Service Corps, where she deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and held roles of increasing responsibility within the Army Medical Command, Defense Health Agency, the DoD Office of the Inspector General, and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness. Before joining Infotrend, she served as the Associate Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), leading a team that developed and managed the DoD Strategic Management Plan. Additionally, Rose briefly served in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of the Inspector General as a health care inspector. Throughout her career, she has led diverse multidisciplinary teams, managed complex multi-million-dollar portfolios, and built coalitions to execute missions. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Health Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, dancing, and exploring new venues. She considers herself a performing arts aficionado and amateur athlete, always interested in joining group exercise or trips to the theater. Rose is devoted to growth, learning, and serving others which aligns perfectly with Infotrend’s mission to positively impact the lives of citizens.
