His strategic vision and leadership have consistently delivered measurable results, establishing him as a trusted advisor across the industry.
With over 15 years of experience, Frank has held multiple executive growth positions as both a dedicated full-time growth leader and an independent growth consultant. He has successfully led more than 40 high-profile capture efforts, securing approximately $4 billion in contract awards for federal agencies, including the Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Commerce, Education, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Justice, and State, as well as the U.S. Air Force, Veterans Affairs, and the Defense Health Agency. His expertise in strategic planning, account development, and optimizing business development processes has enabled organizations to refine their growth strategies, expand market share, and achieve sustained success.
Before joining Infotrend, Frank served as Vice President at GPS Strategic Advisors, where he provided business development leadership, capture expertise, and executive coaching to more than 30 federal IT contractors. In this capacity, he guided companies in crafting transformative strategies, enhancing operational capabilities, and achieving breakthrough growth in the competitive federal marketplace.
