As Infotrend’s Director of Technology and Programs, Leonard “Len” Newman is responsible for service delivery and quality on key client programs, business process and best practice development and implementation, and the development of Infotrend’s technology direction, competencies, and operations. Len is an experienced leader with over 25 years of service delivery management in demanding public and private sector environments, spanning Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process, SDLC, Education and Training, Contact Center/CX, IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Records Management, and Facilities/Infrastructure management. He has held management positions with EDS Corporation and influential small businesses in the Government contracting space, where he implemented and managed contracts and programs with multiple Federal agencies including the US Departments of Transportation, Labor, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services/CMS, Commerce, Education, and Defense, and commercial clients including New York Life Insurance Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, Motorola, and others. Mr. Newman holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, is ITIL certified, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
