Keith brings decades of litigation support, eDiscovery, information technology, and program management experience including Federal contractor support for DOJ, FDA, DOT, and SEC. Keith began his career as a litigation attorney and law school instructor and continues to advocate for and educate those around him to create high functioning, impactful teams, and programs. He has managed large scale end-to-end eDiscovery and litigation support programs and overseen multi-state forensic data acquisitions. He has developed eDiscovery strategies, transition, and project plans, incorporating related disciplines of resource management, data protection, and information technology security. Keith has designed and implemented advanced technical approaches and solution workflows throughout his career in support of Federal law enforcement organizations and regulatory agencies. As AVP Program Delivery, Keith works with Infotrend cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service delivery.
Prior to joining Infotrend, Keith was a Division Director at PAE (now Amentum), where he served a primary contact for COs, CORs and other key government stakeholders across multiple litigation divisions and a Senior Program Manager at Koniag Government Services (KGS) in support of a large multi-year eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services contract.
Keith received his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College and Juris Doctor. from the University of New Hampshire, School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, District of Columbia, and admitted as a solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Keith is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and has been a panelist on the topic of legal project management at the Masters Conference in Washington DC.
