In her current role as Director, Quality & PMO, Farrah is leading the effort to implement a framework for enterprise agility and value optimization across the organization which involves establishing an agile Program Management Office (PMO) and implementing a program portfolio management (PPM) tool to streamline and improve program management, governance and reporting for the management team. Farrah works alongside members of the senior management team to provide governance and quality assurance for CMMI accreditation and overall streamlining and execution of Infotrend’s corporate strategic initiatives.
Farrah has over 21 years of management consulting experience bringing exceptional results and impact in client service, specializing in program management, change management, and strategic planning. She has provided leadership and support of major technological change management initiatives at Booz Allen, Amazon, Northrop Grumman, Kaiser Permanente and other organizations. She has played a key role in the development of organizational strategic plans and change management strategy and in the development, execution, monitoring and ensuring alignment of IT goals and objectives with organizational business goals, mission and vision.
Farrah is a graduate of University of Maryland, is ITIL certified, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). In the summer of 2023, Farrah is participating in the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Growth in Leadership for Women (GLOW) program. Outside of work, she serves on the Board for Rainbow Place, a homeless shelter for young adults, and is a mentor to young women scholars as part of Generation Hope.
