eDiscovery Analyst
The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Load and process Electronically Stored Information into a review tool
- Create electronic data productions and perform quality control steps
- Provide second tier issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution for staff
- Assist in the troubleshooting of complex ESI and CSV data loads from initial ingestion to end-user review
- Respond to problem reports and questions from case managers
- Create exception reports
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey, obtain, exchange information and documents
- Other duties as assigned

The eDiscovery Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree-Preferably in Technology
- 2+ years Industry experience in data processing using LAW PreDiscopvery, eCapture or any other processing tool
- 2+ years experience in data loading to various tools like Relativity, Concordance, Clearwell, Everlaw etc.
- Skills with MS Office- MS Excel and Access
- Must have the ability to obtain a government Public Trust Security Clearance
