As Infotrend’s Vice President of Growth, Mr. Karanwal works closely with the CEO and COO to build the company’s strategy and marketing efforts. Specifically, he researches and qualifies new business targets, establishes long-term partnerships, and oversees proposal development activities across all federal departments and agencies. As a member of the senior executive team, Mr. Karanwal is directly responsible for recommending business diversification into new clients and agencies, forming teaming relationships, and increasing annual revenues. Mr. Karanwal’s experience includes nearly two decades of creating robust growth in the Federal Civilian, Law Enforcement and Healthcare IT sectors. Prior to being appointed as Vice President of Growth, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte. He was responsible for the strategic growth of the Cyber Security service offering in the Advisory business practice with a focus on the Defense, Security and Justice Portfolio. One of his major career highlights was as PSI’s Chief Business Development Officer where he led the Business Development organization and operationally managed the Law Enforcement portfolio. Mr. Karanwal was a direct contributor in winning over $500M in competitive procurements and recompetes. Mr. Karanwal has also held senior level leadership roles at SalientCRGT, Alethix, LTS, CACI, and AT&T, where he led Business Development, Capture and Proposal Development efforts of over $750M of awarded prime contracts. Shobhit has developed and maintained business pipelines of more than $1 billion focused on cloud strategy and implementation, infrastructure operations, software development, data analytics, system modernization and cyber security. In addition to his sales and marketing experience, Shobhit has more than 10 years of service delivery and operations experience managing service delivery organizations of over 300 FTE, supporting complex system development, and implementing mission critical programs for the Federal Government.
