Ian is the Senior Manager of Digital Assets at Infotrend, where he specializes in digital assets partnerships, research, and federal acquisitions strategy. In his role, Ian provides guidance to a team of subject matter experts, data scientists, developers, and system architects in delivering digital assets market and blockchain data to the federal government. He is also a contributor to the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Blockchain Working Group. Prior to Infotrend, Ian gained industry experience at Bittrex as a Compliance Analyst and most recently at Circle as the Crypto & Blockchain Training Lead, where he spearheaded the launch of Circle University; a repository of institutional-grade crypto literacy material offering a comprehensive overview of blockchain-based financial services. Ian holds an MBA from University of Maryland (UMD) and a FinTech programming certificate from George Washington University (GWU).
