General Services Administration COMET


COMET is the re-compete of GSA’s CIO Application Maintenance, Enhancements, and Operations (CAMEO) contract that supports the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), and encompasses GSA Global Supply, multiple-award schedules, personal property management, travel, fleet, purchase card and integrated technology programs. The scope of the services and products includes, but is not limited to: Agile Modernization and Maintenance Services COMET BPA Contractors must be able to implement applications, platforms, IT development services and products, utilize End User Experience (UX) Design thinking and Agile Software Development processes that achieve results through continuous capability enhancements, minimal downtime, prompt response to emerging needs, demonstrated reliability, and optimized performance with resource utilization minimized. COMET BPA vendors must also be skilled with integration of a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) based solutions, Software as a Service (SaaS), or a hybrid solution.
